Vintage Barbie is back. I spotted this at the Toy Store and it brought tears to my eyes. What memories. I had a Barbie case very similar to this one in another color. I stood there remembering way back to when I loved playing with Barbies. I won’t say what year it was. My first/vintage Barbie with the blonde pony tail, doll case and clothes were accidentally thrown away when we moved years ago. I plan to add Barbies to my toyroom for my little ones who come to visit so they can experience the Barbie fun.

What a fun find! I remember my barbie case too (it was pink). Whenever I go to the thrift shop, there is a line of about 50 barbies sitting (nude!) on a shelf. Their hair is disheveled and they don't look too happy! They aren't vintage so who knows when and if someone will ever give them a happy home!
